Our Smart Handle AX Solution comprises of the Smart Handle AX from Simons Voss Technologies used in conjunction with our high security, high durability and fire tested auto locking lock. Our Smart Handle AX Solution delivers the ultimate functionality combined with a high level of physical security and a discrete auto locking mechanical lock.

Each time the door closes, the lock will automatically extend a hardened steel deadbolt fully securing the door, the lock uses a special latch to further reduce the operational noise of the lock making it a quieter operation than a normal lock case. The compact yet elegant design of the Smart Handle AX seamlessly blends into the modern and contemporary environments of commercial buildings with no unsightly magnets fitted at the top of the door, the card reader is inbuilt into the handle so there is no wall mounted readers making it one of the most discrete access control solutions on the market.

Delivering the ultimate level of functionality and performance with completely wireless door hardware. All components of this solution are tested to an operational life in excess of 1 million operations and are designed for high usage commercial applications. The Smart Handle AX from Simons Voss Technologies boasts an industry leading battery life of 250,000 activations on a single set of batteries.

Our Smart Handle AX Solution communicates with our Smart Manager Software via a secured offline internal network within your facility and does not expose your IT Infrastructure to any cyber threats as it does not require any connection to the internet.

Our Smart Handle AX Solution is fully compliant to the European Fire and Emergency Escape Regulations and the certificates of compliance are available below. In terms of Emergency Escape this solution is fully compliant to EN179 and also carries a Fire Testing Certificate for use on both 30 and 60 minute fire containment doors. This solution is also designed in compliance with the disabilities act ensuring that it is user friendly for users of all abilities.
